Human 资源 will strive to be a catalyst, providing strategic leadership and increasing the success of every JCC staff and faculty member by facilitating employee development; building fair, 一致的, 清晰的, and innovative human resource solutions; and by providing accurate, 实用, 可靠的, and timely information for the College’s business decisions and for employees.
